Brian Goss

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr Goss brings over 15 years of experience in gold and mineral exploration to the Company. He is the founder and President of Rangefront Geological, a premier geological services and consulting company that caters to a large spectrum of clients in the mining and minerals exploration industries. Rangefront Geological was founded in 2008 and during the period 2015 through 2017 annual topline revenue grew by almost 300%. Mr. Goss is a director of Lithium Corp. (OTCQB: LTUM) an exploration stage company specializing in energy storage minerals and from 2014 to 2017 he fulfilled the role of President and Director of Graphite Corp. (OTCQB: GRPH), an exploration stage that specialized in the development of graphite properties. Prior to founding Rangefront, Mr. Goss was a staff Geologist for Centerra Gold on the REN project, a +2M oz gold deposit that was sold to Barrick Gold Corporation. Mr. Goss also worked on various exploration and development projects in the Western United States and Michigan. Mr. Goss holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Geology from Wayne State University in Michigan.

Benjamin Asuncion

Mr. Asuncion has over 13 years of experience in the capital markets and natural resources sector. From 2007 through 2016, Mr. Asuncion was a mining analyst with Haywood Securities, a privately owned Canadian brokerage firm, where he covered companies from exploration through to production in the mining sector. Prior to joining Haywood, Benjamin was involved in the management of an endowment fund at Simon Fraser University (SFU). Mr. Asuncion holds a Bachelor of Business degree from SFU with concentrations in finance, accounting and management science. Mr. Asuncion has held a number of management and director roles within both public and private companies, having helped many of these companies in evaluating opportunities and securing financing from public and private market sources.

Chris Paterson

Mr. Paterson currently works at Commodore Metals Corp., as President, Chief Executive Officer & Director from 2024, Super Lithium Corp., as Independent Director from 2023, and Rumble Resources, Inc. (now NovaRed Mining Inc.), as Independent Director from 2017, and newly appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2026. Since 2005 Mr. Paterson has also acted in a Management and Board level capacity for several US-listed public companies involved in the mining and telecommunications arenas, having helped many of these companies evolve. Mr. Paterson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto."

Gregory Fedun

Mr. Fedun brings over 30 years of experience advising public and private companies, with a focus on the natural resource sector. His expertise includes global project development, capital markets, and strategic initiatives across North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. Mr. Fedun has advised the United Arab Emirates’ Al Mualla Royal Family on international projects, facilitated a $70 million business combination involving Anadarko Petroleum, and founded multiple businesses across the mineral exploration, oil and gas, skincare, and agriculture sectors.

Commander Phil Ehr USN Ret.

Commander Phil Ehr is a retired U.S. Navy Commander with a 26-year active duty career spanning electronic reconnaissance, strategic advisory roles, and international security operations. A former enlisted Seaman who later commissioned through Aviation Officer Candidate School, Mr. Ehr served as a Naval Flight Officer with Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadrons VQ-1 and VQ-2. His operational experience includes Cold War reconnaissance, Operation Desert Storm, and senior command responsibilities during Operation Allied Force in Kosovo. Mr. Ehr also advised senior U.S. and NATO leadership, contributed to the civilian transition of declassified space-based sensor technologies, and was selected as a National Security Affairs Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

Jake Amsterdam

Jake Amsterdam serves as Strategic Advisor to NovaRed Mining Inc. and is an Associate at Amsterdam & Partners LLP, an international law, advocacy, and geopolitics firm with offices in Washington, DC and London. He brings experience in public-policy disputes, human-rights matters, anti-corruption cases, investigations, political advocacy, strategic communications, and report-driven advocacy. At NovaRed, Mr. Amsterdam supports ESG positioning, responsible critical-minerals strategy, governance narrative, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University, a law degree from Bond University, and is a Cornell University-certified mediator.

Ed Kostenski

Mr. Kostenski brings more than four decades of international experience across mining equipment, project finance, infrastructure development, and emerging-market industrial growth initiatives. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nationwide Equipment and affiliated financing operations under Nationwide Group, an international enterprise serving the mining, construction, infrastructure, energy, logistics, and project-finance sectors. Since founding Nationwide Equipment in 1983, Mr. Kostenski has expanded the business into a global platform supporting mining operators, governments, infrastructure developers, financial institutions, and industrial groups across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. His experience includes mining and industrial equipment financing, infrastructure funding, government project finance, logistics systems, and resource-sector development programs. In 2005, Mr. Kostenski was appointed by the U.S. Export-Import Bank to its Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee.

She previously served as U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Governor of South Dakota, and a member of the United States House of Representatives. In 2025, Secretary Noem led the Department of Homeland Security, overseeing initiatives involving critical infrastructure, transportation security, interagency coordination, and strategic operations. As Governor of South Dakota from 2019 to 2025, she led statewide economic development and infrastructure initiatives while working closely with industry, government agencies, and private-sector stakeholders. Her experience provides NovaRed with strategic perspective in government affairs, regulatory matters, stakeholder engagement, and long-term economic development.
